We offer free shipping on all EU orders
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey. The estimated delivery time depends on the country. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please note that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.
Deliveries within the Netherlands:
All orders placed before 09:00 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 business days. For all NL orders we offer free shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local PostNL Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order.
Deliveries within the European Union:
All orders placed before 04:00 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 2 to 5 business days. For all EU orders we offer free shipping to your preferred address.
Deliveries in all other countries:
from 5 to 10 business days.
Duties & taxes:
OR SWIM ships from the Netherlands. Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU. For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.
OR SWIM shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After you’ve received your order, you are able to start your return request.
Shipping insurance:
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping until the moment you received your package.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or request the carrier to sign a note (if possible) that you are accepting a damaged box.
We hope that you are happy with your OR SWIM order. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However we understand that online shopping can be difficult.
We accept all returns within 14 days, counting from the day you received your order. Returned items must be:
• unworn or unused
• undamaged
• free of makeup, deodorant and perfume
• with all original tags attached including the hygiene protection sticker
• return items in original packaging
We recommend fitting your items over your underwear!
Return costs are not covered by OR SWIM.
