We offer free shipping on all EU orders. If you place an order from outside the Netherlands and the EU, €10 shipping fee will be charged.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands (NL) .
Domestic (NL) orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
EU orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
International deliveries can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email after your order is shipped.
If you place an order from outside the Netherlands/EU, your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes. The amount may depend on the country to which the order was shipped.
OR SWIM is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. These charges are the customers responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.

Yes, you can return your order. Returns can be accepted within 14 days after delivery. You can only return your items if they are unused and the hygiene protection is still intact and attached, as well as the tags. We don’t accept items without labels or hygiene protection.
No, you don’t have to create an OR SWIM account to place your order, but having one has many advantages. With an account you will be able to manage your personal details, delivery address, order status and order history.

As a sustainable and slow fashion luxury swimwear brand we have limited stock available per drop! If an item you are interested in is out of stock, you can choose to be notified if the item comes back in stock by entering your e-mail.

Our swimwear is made of ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon from discarded fishing nets and other plastic waste.
How do I care for my swimwear?
To enhance the life of your OR SWIM pieces, we advise you to wash your swimwear by hand with cold water after use in pool or sea. Hang dry in the shade. Avoid drying your OR SWIM in direct sunlight.

Items must be:
• unworn or unused
• undamaged
• free of makeup, deodorant and perfume
• with all original tags attached including the hygiene protection sticker
• return items in original packaging
Please note that returned items are eligible for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
All shipping costs for returns, will be at the customers expense. Please make sure that items are returned via registered or recorded post. OR SWIM cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.
