WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?
When pre-ordering any of our products you will make sure you get the items you want before anyone else, and most importantly before they sell out. Once you have placed your order we will deliver it as soon as it is available.

WHEN DO I PAY MY ORDER?
All pre-orders are charged straight away, when the order is placed.

CAN A PRE-ORDER BE CANCELLED?
Of course, a pre-order can be cancelled only if it has not shipped. If you want to cancel a pre-order please contact us at info@orswimcollection.com

CAN PRE-ORDERED ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Pre-order items have the same return policy as in-stock items. If you change your mind, you have 14 days time within receiving your products to make a return.
